Single vineyard Cabernet Franc rosé. Grapes hand-picked and hand-selected at sorting tables.

In the Cellar: The Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness deliberately chosen for rosé production and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks.

In the glass: Bold pink shade in the glass, one of the few rosés with a true pink color. Focused and flinty in the mouth, with crisp strawberry, herb and spice notes. The long finish has cherry, biscuits, a dash of tobacco, and a pleasant peppery edge.
