In the vineyard: Slavyantsi village, Kush Balar vineyard

In the Cellar: Single vineyard Chardonnay, cooled down to 10˚C - 12˚C, and then crushed in stainless-steel tanks and cool fermented. A small part of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for a short while to add up depth and complexity.

In the glass: Finely focused aromas of citrus and apple. Soft fruity entry, with juicy peach, grapefruit peel, and nectarine notes. The lengthy finish with crispy minerality makes it a great match for seafood.
