In the vineyard: Chubra village, Sarahana and Yala Dere vineyards
In the Cellar: The grapes were cooled down to 10˚C - 12˚C, then crushed and pressed in stainless steel tanks. We take great care to preserve intact the gentle floral varietal flavors.

In the glass: Indigenous Bulgarian variety. White blossom, green apple, and juicy, perfectly ripe pear notes. Finely structured with a mouthful of floral spice, straw and delicate smoke nuances. Great mineral finesse and crispy texture in the finish make it ideal for seafood.
