In the Cellar: The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness deliberately chosen for rosé production and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks.

In the glass: Delicate and pretty in color, the wine shows floral and grapefruit peel aromas along with sour cherry and spice. Tight and elegant, with whetstone and lime flavors that slowly evolve on a zippy frame. The ginger and mineral notes linger into the long, flush finish.
