SAUVIGNON BLANC

2021

In the vineyard: Slavyantsi village, Bash Koliba vineyard

In the Cellar: The grapes were hand-picked at two different levels of ripeness, chilled, and gently crushed, then slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. After a short time on the lees the blend was assembled and bottled.

Alcohol: 13%
TA: 5.7 g/l

In the glass: The nose is delicately fragrant, displaying ripe grapefruit, fresh apples, and straw notes. The palate is rich with a touch of green grass and herbs.  The restrained acidity of the taste is very well balanced leading to a long finish with pink grapefruit accent.
